		<description>I love my neti pot.  Yoga instructor many years ago told us about it when I was pregnant and needed not be taking so many medications.

Journal when you feel well.  I fell off the wagon and got back on after a few days with no problem.  I think I will soon be permanently skipping weekend journaling...we&#039;ll see.

Tips for staying on track while sick. 1) Hearty soups (less calories than you think and still comforting). 2) Hot Toddy (seriously Wild Turkey is medicine) and 3) Epsom salt and vinegar bath.  Piping hot.  You will sweat the sick out over night. 4) Allow yourself to be sick without feeling guilty about falling off the wagon.
