		<description>We did the countdown last week.  10 squats, sit-ups, push-up, and jumping jacks, then 200 meters.  Next round 9, 8, 7, etc.  I think we used to do this in high school, and you are completely right about the motivation. There is a bit more running, and at the end when you think you can only do 1 more push-up, you only have to do 1 more push-up!

I&#039;m proud of you for exercising while traveling.  I&#039;ve got a few trips coming up so I hope I&#039;m in an area where I can take a walk/run.  Keep motivating me, Jeff!

Also, great note about the eggs.  I&#039;ll be sure to check the next time I&#039;m in a hotel.</description>
